I HAD A CONTRACT pending, but it FELL THROUGH. How can I RE-ACTIVATE or CANCEL my listing?

Please tell us that the contract fell through and the reason why on our change form. You will also need to provide a fully executed "Release and Cancellation of Contract for Sale and Purchase" with "Jack Keller Inc., REALTORS" listed as one of the brokerages.
