Can I list my property FOR SALE and FOR RENT?

You can list it in both sections of the MLS. However, since they are separate sections and the MLS rules and State and Federal laws are different you will be creating 2 separate listings. (Except for Commercial and Vacant Land)
You will need to fill out the forms for both the sale and rental as well as pay the full fee for each.
We can use the same photos for both upon request.
