State law and MLS rules require that a listing has a beginning date and an end or "Expiration Date". We allow you to choose the "Expiration Date". There is NO LIMIT on the length of time a listing can be in the MLS. You can set your "Expiration Date" for a day, a month, a year, five years, etc...
If for some reason you have not sold your property by the time the "Expiration Date" nears, you can extend the "Expiration Date" for FREE!!
