Photo Submission Guidelines
You may upload your photos directly through our website or email them to us at no charge. All photos must be in the “.jpg” format.
Included Photos
Your Flat Fee MLS listing includes up to 12 photos at no additional cost.
Additional Photo Blocks
If you need more photos, you may purchase additional blocks:
- Each block allows up to 25 photos
- Each block costs $35
- You may add multiple blocks, up to a max of 100 photos in MLS

Mail‑In Photo Scanning
If you cannot upload or email your photos, you may mail printed photos to our office. We will scan them for you:
- The first scanned photo is free
- There is a single $35 fee to scan photos 2 through 12 (maximum)
